You have 40 calendar days to return an item from the the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned in the case that you received it in.
You will also need to provide the order number, or receipt, from your purchase.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will confirm that it is the same condition as sent to you originally and that the item is on your order number or receipt within 2 business days.
Once these conditions have been confirmed, we will promptly initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit back to your credit card (according to your payment method), with a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policy. By default, all refunds will be issued to you using your original payment method.
Shipping on Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Your shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable. We will not deduct any shipping charged from your original purchase price or charge you any restocking fees. Please note, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and your item must be returned in the case that you received it in.
Within 2 business days of canceling an order, you will (i) either not be charged or we will issue a Customer Refund (as applicable, for products that have not shipped yet) and notify you accordingly.
If the product is unable to be delivered to you within the specified shipping time frames, we will attempt to contact you to determine if the time frame is acceptable to you. If we are unable to contact you, we may need to cancel your order and issue a refund to avoid any shipping delays.
We maintain sufficient quantity of product on-hand to fulfill all orders; however, in rare circumstances, due to human error, miscount, damaged product, or other unexpected situations, we may need to cancel an order or a specific line item (product) from the order, in which case we will notify you, the customer, of the reason for the cancellation.
All cancellations are for orders that have not shipped. Order that have already shipped will need to go through the return process.
