Transit Times

We ship Cross Necklaces & Cross-related products worldwide and we currently fulfill most of our products from overseas. Due to the nature of postal delivery services around the globe, shipping times can vary due to weather delays, holidays and customs inspections.  Average shipping time is 2 to 4 weeks by postal mail delivery services. In rare cases it can take up to 8 weeks. Whenever possible, we will provide you with a more accurate estimate of shipping transit times.

Expedited Shipping

Some items have expedited shipping options when they are available to ship to your shipping address within 3 to 5 business days for no extra charge. 

Engraving Time or Special Requests

For items that may take longer to prepare, specifically for engraving options or other special requests, additional shipping times will be noted.

Tracking Information and Shipping Notifications

Tracking information and shipping notifications are provided by email.  

If the product is unable to be delivered to you within the specified shipping time frames, we will attempt to contact you to determine if the time frame is acceptable to you.  If we are unable to contact you, we may need to cancel your order and issue a refund to avoid any shipping delays.

We maintain sufficient quantity of product on-hand to fulfill all orders; however, in rare circumstances, due to human error, miscount, damaged product, or other unexpected situations, we may need to cancel an order or a specific line item (product) from the order, in which case we will notify you, the customer, of the reason for the cancellation.
